Information you send through WhatsApp is used to review and respond to the enquiry, prepare commercial documents and manage any resulting order. Do not send patient information, medical records or unnecessary personal data.

Privacy-focused site analytics may be used to understand page visits and enquiry-source performance. Advertising trackers and behavioural profiles are not part of the first release.
Public evidence
Customer conversations, order information and testimonials are not published without permission. Approved case notes are anonymized before publication.
