RFQ form

The enquiry form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. The website does not store the form submission in its own database.

Communications

Information you send by email or WhatsApp is used to review and respond to the enquiry, prepare commercial documents and manage any resulting order. Do not send patient information, medical records or unnecessary personal data.

Analytics

Privacy-focused site analytics may be used to understand page visits and enquiry-source performance. Advertising trackers and behavioural profiles are not part of the first release.

Public evidence

Customer conversations, order information and testimonials are not published without permission. Approved case notes are anonymized before publication.

Business outreach

We sometimes contact businesses by email to introduce our sourcing and verification services. We only use business contact details that a company has published on its own website, and we use them only to make that business contact. Our basis is our legitimate interest in reaching businesses that may need a reliable supply partner in China. We keep these details only while the conversation is relevant, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply to our email or write to sales@batchverity.com and we will delete your details and not contact you again.
