We separate what has been reviewed, tested, linked and delivered. Protection is written at order level; it does not turn international trade into a risk-free promise.
Tested Sample
A real sample was tested. The result applies to that submitted sample unless a batch relationship is separately documented.
Batch-Linked
The tested sample has documented identifiers connecting it to the stated supply batch.
Fulfillment Recorded
Order, packing or delivery evidence is retained for a completed transaction.
Under Review
A discrepancy or new information is being checked. The record should not support a current purchasing decision.
Delivery protection
One replacement for eligible non-delivery.
If an eligible shipment is not delivered because of confirmed carrier loss or customs non-delivery, BatchVerity will arrange one replacement shipment at no additional charge.
Eligibility and limits
- The protected route is agreed before dispatch and identified in the quotation.
- Confirmed carrier loss and customs non-delivery are covered.
- One replacement includes the affected product and standard reshipping charge.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal, non-cooperation with clearance, buyer-requested route changes and unlawful import or use are excluded.
- If the replacement is also not delivered, the case is reviewed rather than replaced automatically.
Quality protection
Comparable evidence before a remedy.
If an independent laboratory result indicates that supplied material does not meet the specification agreed for the order, we review the sample, batch relationship and test method.
Review and remedy
- The laboratory must be accepted by both parties.
- The tested sample must be traceable to the relevant order and batch.
- The method and agreed specification must be comparable.
- Once non-conformance is confirmed, the buyer may choose replacement or a refund of the affected product value.
- Testing fees, logistics fees and other losses follow the specific order terms.
Report integrity
No silent deletion or rewritten history.
Public reports show a status: Current, Historical, Under Review, Superseded or Withdrawn. If a published record develops a problem, the status changes and the record remains visible where appropriate.
Public PDFs are redacted copies. Original laboratory files are retained for qualified verification. Redaction never changes a result; it conceals identifiers that could expose a customer or allow the document to be reused for unrelated goods.
