Why real manufacturers do not always sell directly

Production and overseas sales are often separated for practical and commercial reasons. A sales contact alone does not prove—or disprove—the production source.

Production capability and sales access are different

Some genuine manufacturers limit direct contact to protect customer relationships, product information or capacity. Others rely on an export or commercial channel because their production team is not built for overseas customer service.

The right question is not whether the first contact uses the word factory. It is which entity performs synthesis, filling, packaging and export, and what evidence supports each role.

Verification should follow the order

Registration records, operating addresses, technical documents, video review, visits, samples and repeat-order performance each answer a different question. We combine them instead of treating one document as complete proof.

Qualified disclosure protects both sides

Specific source identities can be disclosed to qualified buyers after business-use confirmation and, when appropriate, a confidentiality agreement. Publicly exposing every source can damage the same supply relationship the buyer wants to use.
