Samples answer a narrow question
A sample result describes the submitted material. It supports the next decision, but it cannot establish the identity or content of future production without traceability.
Repeat orders need continuity controls
Changes in raw material, filling, packaging or source can affect the relationship to earlier evidence. Batch identifiers and change disclosure help decide when new testing is warranted.
History improves decisions, not certainty
Consistent orders, corrected exceptions and transparent records make a source easier to assess. They do not remove the need to review the next material at the scope appropriate to the order.
