What delivery protection covers
Protection should be written into the quotation. It is not the same as claiming every shipment is risk-free.
Eligibility is agreed before shipment
The destination, product and selected route determine whether an order is eligible. The quotation and order confirmation state the coverage before payment and dispatch.
One replacement for covered non-delivery
When an eligible shipment is not delivered because of confirmed carrier loss or customs non-delivery, BatchVerity arranges one replacement shipment without an additional product or standard reshipping charge.
Incorrect addresses, refusal, failure to cooperate with clearance, buyer-requested route changes and unlawful import or use are outside the protection.
No false certainty
International delivery always involves destination-specific conditions. We explain the route and remedy; we do not promise universal availability or guaranteed clearance.
